| On march 26, 2000 Tyrolean Airways - together
with Austrian Airlines and Lauda Air - became member of Star
Alliance. Tyrolean Airways operates more than 1450 flights
weekly to about 50 European destinations with a fleet counting
more than 30 jets and turbo prop aircrafts of types Fokker
70, Dash 8, and Canadair Regional Jet.
In may 2001, Tyrolean Airways PLC was transformed into
Tyrolean Airways Ltd in the scope of Austrian Airlines'
Parent Company Concept.
At the same time, Tyrolean Airways introduced a new Business
Class on board its aircraft, providing passengers traveling
at standard rates with an even more personalized and courteous
in-flight service with selected culinary delights.
